End User License Agreement

This agreement is between you and FenWorks Limited ("FenWorks", "we"), and governs your use of S3Toolbox. Purchasing a license grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the software.

Licenses & activations

• A single license activates one machine. Team bundles cover the stated number of activations.
• You may move a license between machines by freeing its activation in the app.
• Licenses may not be shared, resold, or sublicensed.

Restrictions

You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or circumvent the licensing of the software.

Ownership

S3Toolbox and its intellectual property remain the property of FenWorks Limited.
